These Terms of Use are effective as of October 1st 2022.  We reserve the right to make changes in these Terms of Use from time to time without any prior notice on this website.  You acknowledge and agree that it is your responsibility to review this site and these Terms of Use from time to time and be familiar with any modifications.  and agreement to abide and be bound by the modified Terms of Use.

As used in these Terms of Use, references to our “We/we” and  "Our/our" include our owners, affiliated companies, directors, suppliers, partners, sponsors, and advertisers, and includes (without limitation) all parties involved in creating, producing, and/or delivering this site and/or its contents.

Reservations, service and refunds:

Thank you for choosing us! Please note that due to our limited space, we do not accept reservations. All seating and take-out orders are handled on a first-come, first-served basis.

We prepare all orders fresh as they are received. During peak hours, please be aware that wait times may vary. Due to the small size of our kitchen, there may be times when we need to temporarily stop accepting new dine-in and take-out orders to ensure quality.

For the safety and quality of our food, we do not offer returns on perishable items. We take pride in our services, the quality of our ingredients, and our careful preparation processes.

If you have any concerns regarding your order or experience, please contact us directly. We are committed to addressing any issues and finding a fair resolution. If we cannot resolve a concern immediately, we are open to discussing mutually agreeable alternatives that consider both your satisfaction and our business needs.

 

Allergens:
Customers with food allergies please be aware that our food may contain or come into contact with common allergens, e.g., dairy, eggs, nuts, fish, prawns or wheat. While we take all necessary steps steps to minimize risk and safely handle the foods please be advised that cross contamination may occur, as the preparation and cooking area is common.

 

Pets:

We allow service and support dogs only on leash. However, if we observe that the dog is stressed and or other diners are not comfortable, we may ask owners to take turns by taking  dog out of premises. 

Just like people, dogs have their own unique personalities. To ensure the comfort and safety of both our guests and the dog, we kindly ask that you refrain from physically touching the dog. Please understand that if a guest chooses to do so, any resulting interactions are the sole responsibility of the guest and the dog owner, and we and our partners will not be liable.

 

Behavior with our  staff:

We operate business as family therefore we do not tolerate any misbehaviour with our staff. If we notice any unpleasant behaviour towards our staff we have the right to refuse service at any time and may ask guest to leave.

 

Your Information:

The only information this site will collect when you will use the form to contact us or in future if we start online ordering. This data will only be used to provide services for which you have provided the information. Intentionally  we do not use cookies to observe your behaviour and interests. However, if a third party interference may accidentally occur, we recommend that you  use security software and monitor the websites you visit.

All the pictures on this website are the sole property of That Indian Place, If you have any questions, please email us. Colors and photo size may vary based upon your screen resolution and other device settings outside of That Indian Place's control. The picture referring to scene, item or product may or may not provide a perfect match. Therefore any dispute about the likeness of the scene, item or product will not be accepted.

If you have any concern about the business, please contact us directly. We are very friendly business organization and open to any discussions and resolution. If we are unable to resolve it, we can mutually agree to an alternate decision in your best interest.
